Precision sheet metal punching.
Our sheet metal punching company owns a fleet of state-of-the-art CNC turret punch presses capable of punching sheet metal with precision and accuracy second to none. After drawings are received then a technician programs the CNC turret punch presses accordingly, provides the necessary tooling, produces the desired parts and lastly ships to the desired location. Precision sheet metal punched parts are produced routinely at a price that saves our customers significant money - even if they had previously been doing them in house.
PROVIDED by manufacturer: material(carbon steel, aluminum, stainless, etc.), program the equipment per the requirements of the customers' drawings, punch the sheet metal material with precision and accuracy, bundle strap and wrap the parts for shipment and ship. In many cases shipping is free. |

Flame Cutting
Our main objective is the quality supply of Flame cut product. Every piece of every order is processed in accordance with strict guidelines.
We process cut material from stock plate sizes 96” x 240” up to 120” x 480” and up to 12” thick. Every order is subject to visual and dimensional inspection. All materials are hand ground or tumbled then packaged to customers specifications.
Besides plate cutting to your specifications, we offer custom "cut to print" burning and beveling. Our CAD department can handle paper drawings, templates, and computer generated drawings in a variety of drawing formats. We have the latest CAD and nesting computer programs to handle your requirements. |

Eight pressure classes from 10,000 psi to 150,000 psi, tubing connections from 1/16" to 1" and pipe connections from 1/8" to 1" NPT and a complete line of specialty valves, air operated valves, accessories and tooling are offered by our supplier. |
